- The shipping rate is $15 per item to ship to the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. It cost $29 to ship to the Netherlands and $45 for other countries.
- All items are shipped via the Post Office (USPS) Express Mail.
- In total, it will take 1-2 weeks to get your order. Usually, we will call first to confirm
your order. After we confirm your order over the phone, we need 2-3 business days to process one order then your order will be shipped out, it will take 4-6 more days before you receive the package.
- Wrong Size: If you receive the shoes in wrong size, for example, if you ordered a size 10, we sent you a pair in size 8, in this case, please take clear photos of the shoes from all sides and the shoe size tag, then please send us the photos by email as the attachement files.
- Quality Problems: If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received. Please send us the photos by email as the attachement files.
- We don't refund if your shoes are worn.
